| Planning Commission Duties |
- Review and make recommendations to the Town Council about
rezoning, variance, special use permit and special exception
applications
- Prepare and recommend changes to the Comprehensive Plan,
Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance and Capital Improvement
Plan
- Advise the Board of Zoning Appeals

terms. You must be a town resident to serve on the Planning commission. |
