Town Office or at the Middlesex County Public Library, 150 Grace
Street, Urbanna. Or buy your own copies from the Town Office
for a modest fee. The town plans to make its governing documents
available online at a later date. |
Town Code

The Town Code sets forth the town’s rules and regulations. It
includes the town’s zoning, subdivision, wetlands, erosion and
sediment control, and floodplain ordinances.

Comprehensive Plan
|
The Comprehensive Plan lays out the town’s consensus vision
for harmonious future development. The Planning Commission, Town
Council and the public review the Comprehensive Plan every
five years.

Capital Improvement Plan

| The Planning Commission may prepare and
revise a Capital Improvement Plan on an annual basis. It includes
the commission’s capital expenditure recommendations and estimates
and explains how the town can pay for them. |
