| Board of Zoning Appeals Duties |
- Hear and decide appeals of zoning orders, requirements,
decisions or determinations by the Zoning Administrator or
the Planning Commission.
- Authorize variances.
- Interpret the town’s zoning map.

| The Middlesex County Circuit Court appoints BZA members
to five-year terms. You must be a resident of the town to serve
on the BZA . BZA members may not hold any other public office
during their term on the board. |
