procedures to administer and enforce the town zoning ordinance
- Coordinates
zoning-related public hearings for the Planning Commission,
Historic Architectural Review Board and Board of Zoning Appeals

| Treasurer: Gina Daniel |
- Collects taxes, license fees, levies, assessments, water
charges and other money owed to the town
- Maintains the town
books of account
- Maintains town records
|
| Town Attorney: Andy Bury |
- Serves as legal counsel for the town council, officers,
boards, commissions and agencies
- Renders opinions upon the request
of the Mayor, Town Administrator or a majority vote of the
Town Council
- Prepares and reviews instruments in which
the town has an interest or to which it is party.
- Represents the town in
court
- Attends meetings at the request of the Mayor or Town Council
